Click on Domestic Money Orders and follow the prompts. Or, go to your local post office for assistance. The Serial Number of the money order makes this process simple. However, is you do not have the number but have the date of purchase, and the Payee's name, it is still traceable. Take your receipt with you. The USPS maintains a "Missing Money Order List" and is frequently updated. The latest updates are listed on a "Latest Hot List of Missing Money Orders". Sections 14.2, 14.3, and 14.4 of the postal code encompass all activity related to U.S. Postal Money Orders. This information should save the Postal Clerk and purchaser a little bit of time in the customer service line.

Western Union Money Orders

Click on Money Order. Follow your prompts. You can download a pdf file for a form to fill out. There are forms provided to request the status of a money order when you have the serial number but not the money order receipt, or if you have the receipt that would be great. This form is to be completed by the purchaser and signed by a Notary Public. If the MoneyOrder has been cashed, the company will receive a refund and you will receive a photocopy of the front and back of the item showing who endorsed it and what account it was deposited into. There is a $15 charge for this service. Another form, "Lost Money Order Serial Number" to be completed by Purchaser will require special handling to trace the number and requires a $30 charge. Takes 6 to 8 weeks. If item is cleared, you will receive a photocopy of front and back.

Money Gram Money Orders

These money orders are usually sold at WalMart, most chain SuperMarkets and other quick stop markets such as Circle K, etc. Take your receipt with you if you have it to the place where you purchased the money order or to another place where Money Gram money orders are sold.. Or, you can go online and download the form and attach the receipt and mail it to the address listed.

Just remember, please, always take your receipt with you if available.

We expect to be using PinPay very soon, This system will work far better than PayPal and SpendPlus, so you may want to cancel your PayPal autoship subscription before then.

You also need to cancel your SpendPlus cards.

Call Carlos at Spend Plus Monday through Friday at 480-951-2224, he will help you cancel your SpendPlus Card.

When you dial the number for Carlos, you may get the automated system. Use extension 2404 to be directed to him.

Carlos will be able to tell you how much is on your card, and the date you will need to remove it before the next $3.95 charge is assessed. (You can see this same information if you can log into your account via the Spend Plus website) Tell Carlos to make a note to close your card when the amount reached zero (00.00). He said even though he would put a note on my account to do this, it is up to him to check back to see when the account is zero so he can close it. So, give the transaction a day to post, and call him back the next day to ensure the account is closed. Do not leave it to chance!

Go to any store that takes a credit card, not a debit card. The reason I say this is you will be charged $0.50 for each debit transaction, and if you take off the complete amount through a debt transactions, your account will be -0.50 in the red. This will make it where you can not close your account. If you use it as a debit card then figure the $0.50 into the transaction.

Make a purchase that will remove all of the funds from your card. To do this, tell the check out clerk that you want to make a “split transaction” and tell this person the exact amount to be charged against your Spend Plus card, and make sure they get it right. Then either use another charge card or cash to finalize your purchase.

On the 2nd day after the purchase, call Carlos, and verify that your account balance is Zero, and then he can close the account.

NOTES: If you want to inquire about someone else and have their information (card number) he can let you know if the card was automatically cancelled due to a missing SS# like my father’s card was. (Thank goodness). But legally, he can not do anything without that persons consent.

For those who have a negative balance, call Carlos anyway, and ask him if he would put in a request to waiver the fees and close the account. It will be left up to his management and Dr. Cuffy to see if that can be worked out.

Also, after you remove the money and Carlos tells you the account is zero, and you go back into your Spend Plus back office account through the internet, you may see a charge against your account like I do for $3.95 since my due date was a day after he closed the account. He said to disregard this. When Carlos says your account is closed, it's closed. Cut the card up and dispose of it. You are done!

How to cancel your PayPal Biogenx Global subscription:
Go to PayPal
Login.
Go to My Account.
Click on History.
Search under all activity for the date you initially created your subscription (Subscription Creation) to BIOGENX GLOBAL LLC. it will be under Type.
Click on Details.
Go to the bottom of the screen and click on Cancel Subscription.
A new screen will ask you to confirm.
You are done.

Please log into your BioGenx Global Account. If you are not active (loging into your account to check on things from time to time) you may be considered inactive and deleted from the system.
