The Moderator will mute your phone when it is time for the conference call to begin, until then you can introduce yourself to whoever is in charge at the time. When Q&A or testimonial time begins you can "raise your hand" to ask a question or give your testimonial by pressing *7 on your phone keypad. You will then be asked to press 1 to verify and continue. When you "raise your hand" the moderator will see it. You will be instructed what to do. You will be told when you can speak. Don't hesitate, please introduce yourself as soon as you have been invited to speak unless, for some reason someone is still talking.

The moderator can see everyone's phone number who is on the call.
If you have your caller ID blocked (unlisted number) you might not be invited to speak.
