Conference calls begin promptly at 1/4 past the hour.
We recommend that you call in at least 5 minutes prior to the call.
You will hear music until the call begins.

You will hear music until it is time for the conference call to begin. When Q&A or testimonial time begins you can "raise your hand" to ask a question or give your testimonial by pressing *6 on your phone keypad or your Skype keypad. When you "raise your hand" the moderator will see it. You will be instructed as to what to do. You will be told when you can speak. Don't hesitate, please introduce yourself as soon as you have been invited to speak, unless for some reason someone else is still talking.

The moderator can see everyone's phone number who is on the call.
If you have your caller ID blocked (unlisted number) you might not be invited to speak.
