Environmentally, we are destroying our air, our soil, our planet with a glut of fossil fuels,among other things. Clean energy is a must! But who can afford it?

How about an all-permanent magnet motor that doesn't need any outside energy to operate?

Yesterday science knew little about magnetism, and even less about harnessing its powerful forces. To make a motor run they had to either use electromagnets or permanent magnets in conjunction with electromagnets. But that was yesterday.

We know more today. We now know that shape and placement make a difference in how magnets interact. We also know ways to influence the magnetic field. And we know how to make powerful magnets.

Today's strongest electromagnetic motors, seen in 200 hp motors, cannot even top 1000 gauss. The magnets Mission: Magnetics LLC_TM (MM) is using in their all-permanent magnetic motor are 48 million gauss in strength and they generate no heat while they work!

MM's first challenge was to position these powerful magnets so rotors and stators wouldn't lock up. Imagine 30+ of these powerful magnets sliding past each other only 1/32" apart, yet so strong that with your bare hands you could not force similar poles any closer than 1½" apart.

Done. Once assembled, one can turn the rotor with one hand.

The second challenge was to shape and mount the magnets to create "direction" to the magnetic fields, promoting rotary motion in one direction.

Done. It was impossible to turn the rotor by hand one way, but when turned the other way the rotor would rotate past a couple sets of magnets before stopping.

Imagine what a lightweight, 200+ hp motor, not needing to be refueled during its lifetime, could do for our world? Our aircraft (lighter and safer with no fuel to carry or ignite in an accident), boats, motor homes, vehicles of all types would not pollute the air. Reduced freight costs would help the economy. Combined with the generator, what might this do for our homes and businesses?

MM is also finishing some minor details to their one-of-a-kind 120/240 Volt, 60hz, 24 kW generator that can be coupled with the motor. It actually produces DC but MM will be putting inverters on it so the frequency and voltage will be rock solid. In fact, up to four of their generators can be coupled to the motor for a total of 96kW.

Once MM decides to sell their products to the public, we will be the entity who will be doing that. We will be selling the motor generator combination for about $1.00/watt. This is very competitive when compared to other alternative energy sources, like solar systems @ $8/watt. The 24 kW generator will be designed so you can connect it to the grid, enabling you to sell them up to 8 kilowatts per hour (kWh). With a 48 kW generator set you could sell up to 16 kWh and so on up to 30 kWh, the maximum allowed by power companies. In Washington we pay about 6.2 cents per kWh. At this rate, with a 24 kW generator, your earnings would be $357.00 per month, or $4,285 annually, and at the same time reducing your electrical bill to zero. This revenue along with your savings would allow the generator system to pay for itself in approximately five years.
